If either of these sound like you, then this will be the perfect day for you! You can do these while staying socially distanced and safe!

The retreat features the Playful Pets Suite from the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog! This cute suite features classic colors like red, black, gray, and white, plus showcases a new In-Color, Cinnamon Cider! This playful suite features both cats and dogs, so there's something in it for every pet lover!

The retreat is $85 and includes a goodie bag worth over $50! In your goodie bag for the retreat you will have the Playful Pets Stamp Set, 1/2 a package of the Designer Series Paper (DSP), 1/2 of each spool of ribbon, 1/2 of the coordinating pet trinkets, and coordinating colors of Stampin' spots and Stampin' blends! Additionally, your packet will have everything else you need to complete the Retreat Projects!

To ensure any viruses or germs don't get spread, you'll have your own snacks right at your table!

Rather than providing lunch for everyone, a boxed lunch is a separate add-on for $10. You can add on the lunch or bring your own lunch; please do whichever makes you feel comfortable in regards to the pandemic.

There will be stamping presentations, door prizes, and BOGO for you to shop from! The new catalog will be available to order from! Wondering what BOGO is? BOGO is Buy one retired item and Get  FREE items from the new catalog equal to the value of BOGO you select! Shipping and handling charges are not free!

Example - select a stamp set and a bundle from the BOGO equal to $68 - then you shop in the new catalog and select products equal to $68 - you pay $68 plus shipping and handling and get products valued at $136!! ($68 in BOGO and $68 in NEW!)

It's going to be such a fun day and I really hope you can come.

COVID-19 Procedures

The City of North Little Rock Park and Recs Department is sanitizing the River House after each use so we will come into a clean facility.  North Little Rock is limiting the capacity of the River House to 50 people, I am further limiting the number of people at the retreat to 20.

Everyone will be asked to fill out this survey on the morning of the Retreat before they leave home. You'll need to take your temperature before you start the survey.  If your temperature is 101.4 F or higher or if you answer "YES" to any of the survey questions, you'll need to call the phone number listed in the survey. This survey is to help you decide if you should come, it let's us know if you might be getting sick, and it records your name, address, and phone number so that we can provide it to the Department of Health if needed for contact tracing.

Please bring a face mask with you (I will have a few available if you forget yours). You'll need to wear your mask any time that you are not sitting at your table.  That includes coming into the building from your vehicle, shopping BOGO and going to the restroom.

There will be hand sanitizer available outside the door of the River House and you'll need to clean your hands before you come inside. I only have a few small bottles of hand sanitizer left, so if you have your own, please bring it with you.  We'll be cleaning our hands every hour, of course you may do it more often if you want to!

Bring a water bottle or cup with a lid with you, please. You will be able to refill your bottle or cup at a sink or water fountain when needed.  I don't see any way to make ice available in a sanitary way or any way to provide beverages that would be shared.  If water isn't your thing, feel free to bring your beverage of choice with you.  There will be some cleaning wipes at the water fountain and sink so that you can clean it before you use it.

Please limit restroom use to one at a time. There will be cleaning wipes in the restroom so that you can wipe off the surfaces you touch while you're there.  Additionally, we will be cleaning the restroom surfaces every hour.

I mentioned lunch above. You may purchase a boxed lunch or bring your own as you wish.

Each person, or family group that are socially-distancing together, will be at their own table.  I feel like this is the best way to ensure everyone's health.  The tables are large round ones, so we will naturally all be more than 6' apart, but we should still be able to visit with one another! You can remove your face mask at your table while stamping. Please practice good face mask habits to help keep everyone safe and healthy!

I will have my BOGO at the retreat.  I ask the everyone shop the BOGO one at a time and that you don't touch things unless you have decided to buy it.  By not touching the items others won't have to worry about cross-contamination.

I think that's it!  It sounds like a lot of rules, but really it's not that much! I think they are practices you would do anyway. Most of them are what you're doing already when you go out.

If you have ANY questions or concerns, please email me at ekmhart@gmail.com.  I'll be happy to talk them over with you and make any changes that are needed.

What to Bring

As at any retreat there are a few things that you'll bring with you; adhesives, dimensionals, a couple of acrylic stamping blocks, scissors, and a paper trimmer. In these days of COVID-19, you should also bring a face mask, hand sanitizer, a water bottle or cup with a lid, your lunch if you are brown bagging it.

I will bring a few acrylic blocks if you will need to borrow them, I will bring a couple of extra paper trimmers also, and I'll have an adhesive store available should you run out of something!

I hope I have allayed your fears and you're ready to come stamp!
